What is RAPID NFR?

Updated: Aug 5

Many of my clients have found relief from chronic pain and inflammation with a neurologically-based modality called RAPID NeuroFascial Reset. This method stimulates interstitial nerve fibres to encourage the central nervous system to restore muscle tone, increase range of motion, and reduce pain and inflammation.

Are you in pain? Struggling with an old injury? RAPID NFR works on connective tissue to affect efficient change in your body’s mechanoreception, proprioception and nociception.

I am very happy to have become a Specialist in RAPID NeuroFascial Reset as of November 2017, and look forward to working with new clients. I have also completed additional studies in Motor Learning & Control, as well as Advanced Motor Behaviour in order to better understand how the nervous system controls the body's movement, and provide the best possible care to my clients.
